​Here the focus is on setting the proper stage-based Company Strategy, Board and Investor Leadership, and designing and executing the Company Leadership roadmap from Series A to IPO. What to do. What not to do. When to do it. And most importantly Why.

1:1 Coaching

STARTING AT $5,000/MONTH

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

  • Weekly (60 min) or bi-weekly (90 min) Zoom sessions. Face to face sessions are also available depending on location.

  • “Always On” quick-hit access via text, Slack, or email between sessions.

  • Shared notes, frameworks, and curated “Best Of” leadership playbooks to ensure it’s not all “verbal” and all sessions are well documented.

  • All clients are connected at their option via a Slack channel producing even more “collective knowledge”.

  • Maximum of 12 clients at a time.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

  • CEOs, COOs, and CFOs of venture-backed companies (Series A - IPO).

  • Leaders who need to design and execute a 12-18 month roadmap for their team or Company. 

  • Executives navigating post-product-market-fit scaling chaos, team upgrades, or struggling to communicate and influence to level up themselves and their company.

Team Coaching

STARTING AT $10,000/MONTH

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

  • Monthly sessions with the executive or department leadership team. Optional weekly or bi-weekly Team meeting “shadowing” (attending and listening only to the meetings, minimal disruption, and embeds Jim into the cultural pulse of the company or team the quickest).

  • Framework-driven workshops to align strategy, structure, and execution.

  • Live problem-solving on real company challenges.

  • Optional Slack/Zoom channel for ongoing group knowledge-sharing.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

  • Retained advisory relationship at the CEO and Board level.

  • A trusted CEO “2nd Brain” and true Board Advisor (including meeting attendance, investor relations support, next fundraising readiness, and corporate governance structures).

  • Focus on Strategy and Communications aligned with the “Best Of” scaling solutions for company financial and operational systems.

  • Maximum 3 companies per quarter.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

  • CEOs and Boards who need a leadership team and/or operational scaling roadmap.  complex scaling and leadership issues, Board dynamics or investor pressure
